23.01.2020 Last day in the city - happy to be moving on...

Auckland has been a break from travelling and a chance to catch up on some sleep. My body doesn't know if it's morning or midnight so I've struggled a bit today. Especially as I had to pick up my rental car and then find my way back to my hotel without any sat-nav. I can here John Cox laughing - "who needs a sat nav?????" Found my way back with just one wrong turn but as far as the rest of the trip is concerned all I can say is "Thank God for Google Maps!!!'

Last tourist thing for me to do was go up to the top of the Sky Tower and see the fantastic views across the harbour and the bridge I will be driving across tomorrow. Didn't do the zip line Tim Tomkins! It was enough to stand on the glass floor and look down....
